“If it feels light, it is right,” says Claire Atyeo, Female Empowerment Coach and Shamanic Practitioner. Claire explains that many of the women she works with have a notable lack of confidence. As a result, they are often overly focused on completing a list of societal “shoulds,” while their own goals and dreams get put on the back burner.
