76 - The “New Elites” - A New Criteria for Leadership and Success

What does it mean to be "elite" in today's world? Is it in the credentials? Titles? Company names? Net worth?

Are those that we call “elite” worthy of our admiration? Are they worthy of leadership? 

Inspired by the message of Hillbilly Elegy and life of J.D. Vance, I share my thoughts on what leadership really requires today.

I believe that the  "new elites" are those among us that:

• are deeply aware of their personal values and live in alignment with them
• live in their genius, and encourage others to do the same
• live by "The Four Agreements" 
• embrace all parts of themselves, transforming whatever they need to, in order to love and live more deeply
• commit to the inner journey and healing to help heal all of humanity
• admit when they are wrong and seek reconciliation
